We are aggressively seeking investment opportunities and acquisitions focusing on the following product types, markets and general acquisition parameters:
- Investment Profile: Unentitled land for residential development
- Property Size: Minimum 1 acre for townhome, single-family residence, multifamily, build-for-rent
- Target Markets: Infill Los Angeles County, Orange County, Inland Empire
- Unit/Lot Count: 10 to 100 ‘for sale’ and >75 units for multifamily
- Transaction Size: Up to $20 million, all cash
- Investment Structures: Unentitled closes, joint venture with landowners, developer recapitalization and co-development, environmental challenges
