  • Investment Profile: Land for Residential and Multi-Family Development; Unentitled Land preferred
  • Property Size: Minimum 1 acre
  • Product Type: Build-To-Rent Development, Multi-Family Development, Single Family Detached Homes, Townhomes
  • Target Markets: Los Angeles County, Orange County, Inland Empire, San Diego County
  • Investment Structure: Unentitled Closes, Joint Venture with Landowners, Developer Recapitalization, Co-Development
